Join us as Twenty Five Lusk Executive Chef, Matthew Dolan, talks about the intriguing topic of sustainable seafood and demonstrates a dish from his new cookbook, Simply Fish: 75 Modern and Delicious Recipes for Sustainable Seafood.

Chef Dolan will be introduced by Elisa Celli, a national bestseller author of four books on Italian food and wine, who will talk about Italians and their love for pesce. Matthew Dolan is from New York. He is a Michelin star chef, a James Beard selected chef, and one of the owners of 25 Lusk restaurant, here in San Francisco.
